300ml Liquid Egg Whites
200g Pumpkin Puree
(1/2 can – great for fibre and low in fat. American but can be purchased from Tesco World Food aisle or ebay)
Teaspoon Baking Powder
Optional Teaspoon Stevia Sweetener &
sprinkle of Cinnamon
Approx 485 cals
✅ Blend above ingredients into a batter
✅Spray a non stick frying pan with fry light and
✅ Pour batter in centre of pan and cook for approx 2 mins until you see bubbles in the batter
✅ Flip over using large spatula and cook other side for approx 1 min.
Re-spray pan before making next pancake.
Makes 3 good sized pancakes.
Add optional SugarFree Pancake Syrup and handful of Blueberries of your favourite fruit
👍🏻 Can easily add Peanut Butter too
