Whatever your goal may be it’s important to develop good habits that become a daily and weekly routine, whilst at the same time reduce or eliminate any bad habits that may stop you from achieving your goals.
⏹ Make a list if you need to.
Example good habits could be –
⏹ Setting your alarm clock earlier so you can fit in that morning walk before work.
⏹ Logging all of your training to monitor progress.
⏹ Drinking an extra litre of water a day.
⏹ Eat 3 to 5 servings of fruit & veg per day.
⏹ Spending time with family.
Give it enough time and these habits will get easier to do, will become second nature and part of your daily routine (like brushing your teeth in the morning or having that morning cup of coffee).
