Personal Training & Support Packages

With this combination of One to One Training and Support package we will leave no stone unturned in getting the most out of your training and nutrition to reach your goals.
Following a consultation we will get started on One to One Training sessions.
Initially there is a ‘settling in’ period to make the most out of each exercise with optimum technique, then we progress and take your training to the next level.

 

All Support Packages below include the following –

  • Full online coaching support via email, text, telephone to keep track of your goals (replies within 24 hours)
  • Optional access to ‘TEAMLEES’ private client Facebook group for training and nutrition tips, recipes, social gatherings
  • Personalised Training and Nutrition Programs with changes implemented as often and when required according to client’s goals

All prices shown are per month and include the support shown above –

Support package with 2 PT sessions per month             £170

Support package with 3 PT sessions per month             £199

Support package with 4 PT sessions per month             £230

Support package with 6 PT sessions per month             £260

 

Online Only Support package without PT sessions per month £125
