WHAT YOU NEED
1/2 CUP (65G) Buckwheat Flour
1 Scoop (25g) Whey Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Vanilla Paste
1/2 cup plant based milk
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
In a bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.
Heat in a pan and grease with some coconut oil. Pour batter unto skillet and move it around so it spreads out thin.
Once the batter starts slightly bubbling flip the crepe and cook on the other side for another minute.
Transfer on a plate and repeat the process until you use up all the batter.
Stuff with your favourite toppings and serve!
